Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?

Yes! Most of our earrings are made with hypoallergenic materials, such as titanium, sterling silver and gold-filled. Please refer to the product description for specific details.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to hygienic concerns, we do not accept returns of jewelry that has been removed from the packaging or tried on.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.

We cannot modify or cancel an order that has already been processed.

How long does shipping take?

We send orders 2 or 3 times per week. Standard shipping typically takes 2-7 business days within the U.S. International shipping times
